in conclusion not as a conclusion makanlah secara besederhana,,,kite kene makan ikot keperluan energy dat we need, if we r labour or nak kene tebas pokok sana sini,,boleylah makan manyak,,for tenaga but klu dok depan laptop stadi or tulih2 je..memadailah makanan yang harus diambil n besederhana jelah..sbb otak pun need energy ap namanye neurotransmitter..hikhik..


tapi ingat diet pown perlu n pilih makanan yang berkhasiat..ingat tau..pesanan dr upin ipin..=)


      people said both of this food are very important in our daily health lifestyle..n my fren ckp buah srta sayur skang sebenarnya pown boleh menaikkan kalori berat badan kite sebabnye makann ini disuntik yang dikenali dgn nama ap ntah,,ephitonic..yang boleh tambah kalori..hurm..mmg susah nak cari organic food nowadays..secara kesimpulannya,,makan sederhana dan senamlah slalu klu nak maintain berat badan..=) wlupun org cakap sayur n buah bagus untuk diet

tataulah kenapa addicted sgt wif keropok lekor,,wlupun manyak minyak..hadui sekali sekala boley kowt..remember eat less oily food..sederhana..

yong tau foo..it is very delicious tau..hihi..craving for this food..sepanjang cuti ni tadapat pown makan ni..padahal klu g pasar malam slalu je jumpa kat..haish..tape2..nntilah..lagipun tak elok sangat makan processed food ni..sebabnya di boleh menambah saiz pinggang..oh no waistline become big..same like junk food and fast food...so amiklah kangkung manyak or pucuk or kuey tiow die..hehe.....
....tasangka asnur also minat dis food introduce to u..kuey tiow kungfu..actually i also like dis food tau..boleylah tahan sebabnye banyak sgt sayur..tu yang best tu..hehe..n telur die yang rangup..but my ustaz cakap kuah die cam hingus..haha..terus rase cam laen..teringat-ingat..tapi rasa die not so bad..bukannye hingus pown..org je yg imagine..=p
Last but not least i really like to eat satay..klu kuah die best maka satay pun best...
hehe..makan2 gak..kesihatan n tubuh badan harus dijaga..kena senam selalu..bak kata Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia..kurangkan gula dalam makanan,, n senamlah selalu..sekurang-kurangnye 3 kali dalam seminggu..selama 20 minit..senaman yang paling saya suka senamrobik..my teacher ad anak lima pown badan maintain remaja ..rahsianye..senamrobik..=)..


Another thing that i want to share wif u all..klu kite makan sesuatu janganlah makan makanan yang panas..kerana kita akan gelojoh pabila makan seperti perangai iblis yg tamak ..tetapi jikalau kite makan makanan yg sejuk kite akan berada dalam keadaan tenang seperti makan dalam keadaan sederhana dan itulah yang diamalkan sunah Rasulullah..
Jadi amalkanlah makan besederhana dan jangan makan makanan panas.Another one remember to exercise ;)

When a vehicle combines two or more sources of power , then it is a hybrid. In fact many would have probably owned a hybrid vehicle at some point in their lives . For instance , a mo-ped ( motorised pedal bike) , is a type of hybrid because it combines pedal power with the power of a gasoline engine.
Hybrid vehicles are already commonly used . The locomotives that we see pulling trains are diesel-electric hybrids . Cities in the US have diesel-electric buses . These buses can harness the electric power from overhead wires or run on diesel when they are away from the wires. Giant mining trucks are mostly diesel-electric hybrids. Submarines are also hybrid vehicles where some are diesel-electric and the more recent ones are nuclear-electric. When two or more sources of power are combined that can directly or indirectly provide propulsion power for a vehicle , it is termed a hybrid .
When you cross a gasoline-powered car and an electric car -a gasoline-electric hybrid is born. Hybrid car contain the following components.


Gasoline engine
The gasoline engine on a hybrid is smaller than normal cars. However, it uses advanced technologies that reduce emissions increase efficiency.


Fuel tank
It is the energy storage device for the gasoline engine. Gasoline has much higher energy density than batteries do. For instance , it requires about 1000 pounds of batteries to store as much energy as one gallon (7 pounds)of gasoline.


Electric motor
This component is sophisticated . Due to its advanced electronics, it is able to act as a motor as well as generator . This motor can draw energy from the batteries to accelerate the car and return the energy to the batteries,thus, acting as a generator.


Generator 
It is similar to an electric motor ,but its role is to only produce electric power.


The batteries
The batteries in a hybrid car are the energy storage device , serving the electric motor . The gasoline in the fuel tank can only power the gasoline engine . But the electric motor in a hybrid car can put energy into the batteries as well as draw energy from them.


Transmission
The transmission or the gear system  in a hybrid car performs the same basic functions as the transmission in a conventional car.


You can combine the two power sources found in a hybrid car in different ways. One way is known as a parallel hybrid. It has a fuel tank supplies gasoline to the engine. Another source of power that is available is a set of batteries that supplies power to an electric motor . Both the engine and electric motor can turn on the transmission then turns the wheels.
Why the hybrid car?The reasons are twofold: to reduce emissions and to improve the vehicle's mileage.
A car that burns twice as much gas to go a kilometer will contribute to approximately twice as much pollution . This pollution can be removed by the emissions control equipment in the car.Therefore by decreasing the fuel consumption of the car, WE are decreasing the emissions. Furthermore carbon dioxide is another of pollution that a car coughs up. Scientists suspect that carbon dioxide contributes to global warming . For the moment, a conventional car has no device to remove carbon dioxide from the exhaust. Hence the hybrid car could help reduce pollution in our environment.

Seorang pakar sejarah dan undang-undang dari Universiti Northwestern Chicago, Dr Kristin Stilt dalam kajiannya mengenai haiwan dan islam mengakui sistem kebajikan haiwan dalam islam sebagai satu model yang amat sesuai bagi setiap manusia .Dr. Ritcher Foltz, seorang sarjana dari Universiti Concordia , Canada yang banyak menyelidik tentang haiwan dan agama juga melihat perlindungan yang diberi oleh islam kepada haiwan adalah lebih baik berbanding agama lain dan sistem barat. Kedudukan haiwan dalam islam memang telah sedia termaktub dalam Al-Quran dan sunnah. Walaupun haiwan tidak diberikan kedudukan setaraf manusia dari segi akal fikiran ,kedudukan mereka di sudut kehambaan adalah sama seperti manusia.Ia sebagaimana firman Allah yang bermaksud :Dan tidak seekor binatang yang melata di bumi dan tidak seekor pun burung yang terbang dengan kedua sayapnya melainkan mereka umat-umat seperti kamu (al-An'am :38). Haiwan merupakan salah satu makhluk hidup ciptaan Allah selain manusia . Selain menyebut tentang kisah kehidupan manusia , firman-firman Allah juga menceritakan perihal haiwan.Ini dizahirkan dengan enam daripada 114 surah dalam al-Quran yang dinamakan sempena nama-nama haiwan seperti surah al-Baqarah(lembu),al-An'am(haiwan ternakan) , al-Nahl(lebah) , al-Naml(semut) , al-Ankabut(labah-labah) dan al-Fill(gajah). Ayat-ayat al-Quran juga secara umum dan spesifik menyebut haiwan-haiwan lain seperti unta, kuda , keldai, biri-biri, monyet , anjing , khinzir, ular, nyamuk, lalat, burung hud-hud , gagak dan banyak lagi. Hadis-hadis Rasulullah juga kerap kali menceritakan tentang haiwan terutamanya tanggungjawab manusia terhadap haiwan. Sebelum kedatangan islam , haiwan digunakann sebagai alat dalam pemujaan dan sishir oleh sebilangan besar masyarakat jahiliah. Penyembelihan dilakukan atas nama berhala. Haiwan seperti unta ,kuda dan lebah dianggap sebagai pembawa berkat dalam kehidupan mereka. Anjing dan kucing pula dikaitkan dengan kejahatan . Ia seterusnya maembawa pengaruh yang besar dalam masyarakat Arab sehingga beberapa suku kaum dinamakan sempena nama haiwan seperti Quraish(jerung), Kalb(anjing,dan Asad(singa). Islam yang dibawa oleh Rasulullah SAW telah mengubah amalan songsang masyarakat jahiliah . Penyembelihan atas nama berhala digantikan dengan nama Allah . Islam menolak kepercayaan masyarakat jahiliah yang mengaitkan haiwan dengan perkara-perkara tertentu seperti keberkatan dan kejahatan serta menggolongkan mereka di kalangan yang dusta kepada Allah (al-Maidah;103). Haiwan disifatkan sebagai hamba yang sentiasa patuh kepada suruhan Allah. Lihatlah firman Allah kepada Allah yang bermaksud: Dan Tuhanmu mewahyukan kepada lebah : Hendaklah engkau membuat sarangmu di gunung-ganang dan di pokok dan dari apa yang mereka dirikan (al-Nahl :68) . Kepatuhan lebah kepada Allah dapat dilihat sehingga sekarang dan kebanyakan sarang-sarang mereka didirikan di atas pokok ,dalam hutan dan tempat penternakan lebah yang disediakan oleh manusia. Allah juga bekuasa menjadikan haiwan dan manusia memahami antara satu sama lain. Inilah antara mukjizat yang diberikan kepada nabi Allah Sulaiman yang dapat memahami bahasa haiwan . Kisah ini dirakamkan dalam al-Quran apabila Nabi Sulaiman mengarahkan tentera baginda berhenti sewaktu mendengar suara seekor semut yang memberikan amaran kepada rakan-rakannya supaya segera masuk ke sarang mereka daripada dipijak oleh tentera baginda (al-Naml:18). Haiwan juga disifatkan oleh Allah sebagai hamba yang taat dan sentiasa bertasbih kepada Allah . Hanya kita manusia yang tidak memahami tasbih mereka(al-Israk:44). Makhluk Allah ini juga sentiasa taat mengerjakan ibadah dan memuji kebesaran Allah dan Allah sentiasa mengetahui apa yang mereka lakukan(al-Nur:41).

Sebab itulah kite kene sentiasa mengasihi haiwan2..wktu kecik2 dulu asyik dok tanye,,dosa tak klu kite tepuk nyamuk..my sis jawab ap tau die bukan haiwan tapi serangga so tak kisahlah kite bunuh die.biasalah jawapan budak2 kecik..haha..kelakar lak..bile dah belajar sampai beasar bru sy tau klu binatang yang boleh memudaratkan tak salah klu kite matikan die..contohnya haiwan yang boleh bg kesan teruk kepada populasi ke,,macam ayat bio lak..hehe..

With so much to do ,going on holiday is certainly no vacation.First, there's the flight to arrange , then the hotel or villa to book, and that's before you've sorted out the delicate matter of the beach outfit ,evening wear and reading material.

For much of the year we fantasise about a long break from the relentless drive of the everyday grind. But making our dream holiday a reality is what makes the stress really kick in , so it is little wonder it takes most holidaymakers a good few days to relax after their arrival. Now matter how idyllic the surroundings,there's no immediate way to simply forget all about work, the children's schooling , the leaking roof and al those other domestic issues we long to escape.

Susan Quilliam , psychologist,body language expert and regular TVand radio commentator, states that stress creates actual changes in the body's hormonal  balance and these take a while to dissipate. Ms Quilliam says that stress such as that caused by trying to arrange a holiday , creates hormonal changes in the body, including mood alteration. The result is that it takes the body a certain amount of time to regain its hormonal balance and become stress-free.

We can suffer from anxiety , irritability and a range of more serious psychological problems including mild depression . The main point is that if we get stressed before the holiday , we not may be able to relax sufficiently to enjoy ourselves-often for several days after our arrival.

Ms Quilliam points out that taking a holiday is no longer a question of catching a bus t o the nearest seaside resort with your bucket and spade. Today's pressurised lifestyles mean that going on holiday is a lot more stressful . Wenot only have to organise foreign travel and negotiate long ,complex journeys, we also have to settle our home and work matters before we go.

Add in potential tension with travel partners and the psychological pressures of high expectations, and by the time we arrive at our destination , we're stressed to the max! So according to Ms. Quilliam the secret to a free stress holiday is planning and havin relistic expectations, This means concluding any unfinished work in the office and ensuring the children are sufficiently entertained during the trip.
